I SAID NO THANKS AND TOLD THEM I WOULD BE RETURNING THE FENCE BACK TO WHERE I PURCHASED IT AND THEY COULD EXPLAIN WHY FOR 10 - 12 PARTS THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN THE PRODUCT BACK TO THEM FROM THE STORE. ![]() I ASK THEM WHY THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR THE DEFECTIVE PARTS AND THEY SAID THAT WAS THEIR POLICY. THEY THEN TOLD ME THE PARTS WOULD BE ABOUT 10 -12 DOLLARS PLUS SHIPPING. I THEN CALLED THE MANUFACTURER FOR THE PARTS AND TOLD THEM IF THEY SENT ME THE PARTS I WOULD DO THE REPAIRS. ORDERED ONLINE, PICKED UP T SQUARE FENCE AT THE STORE, TOOK TO MY SHOP, OPENED PKG, THERE WAS A FEW DEFECTIVE PARTS ON THE FENCE, CALLED THE LOCAL DELTA SERVICE CENTER, THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY DON'T DO WARRANTY WORK FOR DELTA ANYMORE BECAUSE THEY CAN'T GET PARTS ON A TIMELY BASIS.
